Alright, friends. Football season is in a few weeks and I am beyond excited. As a pre-celebration, I am making my famous sausage dip. It’s an old family recipe (not). It is a massive hit with everyone, everywhere, every time. It’s fast and fool proof.
Here it is:
1 roll Jimmy Dean original sausage
2 packs of Philadelphia cream cheese (8oz)
2 cans of Rotel original
Put sausage into a large, deep skillet. Cook on high heat until it’s evenly brown.
Cut cream cheese blocks into cubes and place them into the skillet. Stir continuously.
Add both cans of Rotel and stir until it’s evenly mixed.
